How to Play Age of War

Age of War is a side-view strategy game where you defend your base while sending units toward the enemy stronghold. Earn experience and gold by defeating enemy troops, then decide whether to spend on more units, defensive turrets, or upgrades. Each evolution unlocks a stronger historical age with new soldiers and technology. Keep enough pressure on the enemy to protect your base, but avoid spending every resource at once when a difficult wave or evolution opportunity is approaching.

Tips for Age of War

• Use cheap early units to slow the enemy while your base and turret deal damage from safety.
• Save the special attack for a crowded wave or an emergency near your base instead of using it on one target.
• Do not evolve the instant the option appears if spending the experience would leave your current defense exposed.
• Mix durable front-line units with ranged attackers so the group survives longer and deals damage from behind.
• Add turret slots and stronger turrets when enemy waves repeatedly reach your side of the battlefield.
• Watch your gold before queuing units; a short reserve can buy the counter you need against the next wave.
