How to Play Crossy Road
Crossy Road is an endless arcade game where every forward hop adds to your run. Read the direction and speed of each traffic lane before moving, then cross during a gap instead of reacting to one vehicle at a time. Rivers require a different rhythm: land near the center of a moving log and hop again before it carries you off the edge. A flashing railway signal means a train is approaching, so clear the track without stopping on the rails. Trees and rocks can block the direct route; move sideways or take one step back to find another opening, but do not wait too long or the eagle will end the run. Coins collected along the route are saved between attempts. Spend 100 coins in the character menu to unlock another playable character, then keep pushing beyond your saved high score.

Tips for Crossy Road
- Pause at the edge of a road long enough to read the traffic pattern, then cross several clear lanes in one sequence.
- Look in both directions before hopping because adjacent lanes can send vehicles toward you from opposite sides.
- On rivers, aim for the center of a log and move again before it carries you beyond the edge of the play area.
- Treat flashing railway signals as a warning to clear the entire track instead of stopping on the rails.
- Use sideways hops to line up a safer path when trees, rocks, or traffic block the direct route forward.
- Do not risk a run for every coin; collect one only when you already have a safe landing tile available.
- Save 100 coins before opening the character menu, where the game lets you spend them to unlock another playable character.
Why We Recommend This Game
Crossy Road makes each one-tile hop a readable risk: traffic lanes alternate direction and speed, logs carry the character sideways, and flashing railway signals demand an immediate decision. Runs restart quickly, while saved high scores, collectible coins, and 100-coin character unlocks give both short attempts and longer-term progress a clear purpose.
